Smart Dolls come with the Small Bust by default. The Large Smooth Bust optional part is suitable for Smart Doll owners who wish to customize their Smart Doll with large sized busts for greater suitability and style in select custom doll apparel - without looking cold all the time.
Some folks refer to smooth busts as having the "headlights off" but remember this terminology is no way suggesting that you should drive at night without headlights.
